Training and P.R. events 

Sometimes is time to say "thank you" to your best clients and/or to encourage the new ones. 

Sometimes is time to train your partners and the potential clients about your product developments, new openings in case of hotels, new tourism attractions in case of tourism boards, new flights or better connections in case of airlines, etc. 

TTG Italia offers the organization of lunches/dinners and special events which, thanks to our long experience, can be custom made according to the number of exhibitors and sponsors.

Back office services 

For those public or private organizations which organize their roadshows or events but need to be supported for the invitations or an extra help for promoting their activities, TTG Italia can manage the "back office services" without being involved in the whole organization.

Four different options are available (Platinum, Gold, Silver and Basic Back Office formula) in order to meet the clients requirements.

Questionnaire distribution 

TTG Italia gives some exhibitor the opportunity of making a small but very targeted marketing survey about a specific destination or product/travel service, or a market trend and perceptions.  It consists of the distribution of a questionnaire to the attending travel agents. 

This would be a very targeted survey. TTG staff will distribute it during the roadshow, be sure that the travel agents will fill the form and give it back (or fax back), summarize the results and send them to the exhibitor office. Fee applies. Assistance in organizing the questions and the English-Italian translations will be provided. 

This formula also grants the list of the visitors to update the mailing lists (.xls format) and visibility during the promotional activities, before and during the roadshow.

 

Sales guides & manuals 

TTG Italia has been publishing Sales Guides and Manuals for more than 4 years. Starting from the first edition of the "Spain Sales Guide 2003" (which has been updated every year with new editions) to the "Greece Travel Manual 2006" to the last "Romania Sales Manual 2007", our experience in these editorial projects reached an important level of know how and expertise.

A TTG "sales guide" is an A4 colorful publication which include, in one complete yearbook, all the TECHNICAL trade information which are necessary for a travel agent to sell a destination and/or organize tours (groups and individuals): from air and ferry schedules to the list of the tour guides and travel tips, from the museum and attractions opening hours to the websites/e-mail/tel-fax numbers to reach the right local partner. Sponsored by a Tourism Board, the Guides and Manuals we produce are an invaluable sale support, very much in need of travel agents and professionals. 

These very comprehensive publications include the list if the Italian tour operators (wholesalers) selling the destination in the Italian market, with specific color separations between products and packges such as "beach holidays", "ski packages", "self drive specialists", "guided and escorted tours", "nature packages", "youth & school holidays", "religious tourism" etc. according to the destination requirements. 

TTG Italia can offer a wide range of services: thanks to our skilled journalist team we can write all the texts (under the client's instructions) make the translations of your existing flyers and brochures into Italian also giving advice about the Italian habits and trends, organize the page lay-out and make-up, printing and delivery operations to the tourism board office in Italy, organize a special one-to-one delivery of one copy of the Sales Guide to each Italian travel agents (together with a TTG Italia issue or separately). If requested, it is also possible to include some advertisements in the sales manuals. Details to be agreed.   

TTG Italia can be your ONLY partner for all the abovementioned activities, insteading of having a translator, a journalist, a graphic designer, a printing company, a mailing list provider, a delivery organization, etc.  Minimum effort, maximun result.
